Commissioned by Nescafé, Young Farmers Generation (Jovens Transformadores em Campo) is a project created in partnership with Ashoka - a pioneer NGO in social entrepreneurship. The goal is to encourage young people to stay in the countryside and develop their potential close to their family and loved ones, avoiding rural exodus, which often leads to precarious conditions of underemployment in large urban centers.

Starting as a pilot initiative in 2018, the program is located in Água Branca — the city was chosen because it is a major coffee agricultural region for the company. The project helps new generations of farmers in Espírito Santo (Brasil) with workshops and classes about Personal Development, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Financial Education.
